A PLYMOUTH-based Army Commando has been killed in a blast in southern Afghanistan, the Ministry of Defence said today.

&quot;A BRITISH soldier from Plymouth-based 29 Commando Royal Artillery was killed by enemy fire in Afghanistan yesterday afternoon.
