Hello to all those serving and 'ex' out there.

Though I left 29 Cdo mid 2001 after serving in 79 then 148. In 2007 I left UK to live overseas I have not forgotten my roots.

On 10th April this year I am running a marathon (Levin, New Zealand) and my chosen charity is Help4Heroes.

If you know anyone who is still serving and/or you yourself are too, then dig deep and donate so that I can run knowing I am raising money that may indirectly help someone.
